About Shadows of Divinity
AUDIOBOOK ONE OF THE ENOCHIAN WAR TRILOGY
My name is Haldin Raish. Legionnaire.
And the High General just murdered my parents.
My dad was well respected in the Legion. Always had a reputation for doing the right thing, no matter the cost. He was a good man. And whatever he stumbled onto got them both killed. Messily.
Now, that red-eyed thing is coming for me.
It walks like the High General. Talks like him, too. But it's not. Human beings don't shirk off gunfire and smack grown men across the room like that. Not even High Generals. And he's not the only one.
The only reason I'm alive is Carlisle. I still don't understand how he found me that night, or how he does the things he does. Telekinesis. Inhuman speed. He tells me I can do these things too. I'm pretty sure he's insane. Or one of them.
But if the crazy bastard can help me get another shot at the thing that murdered my parents, well then, sign me up.
These things picked the wrong planet to mess with...

Meet The Author
Hi there! Thanks for swinging by my book store.
I'm Luke, and in addition to being a full-time sci-fi pen monkey and dad of two, I often temp as a melted puddle of goo on the living room floor.
When I'm not busy being crushed by the myriad pressures of life, I delight in all manner of reading, gaming, powerlifting, and even occasionally spending time with my family. (I know, right?)
Anyway, I live in Rhode Island with my wife, Marina, and those two aforementioned feral wildmen we call children. But that's probably enough about us. If you're looking to be entertained, you should probably just go grab one of my books and tuck in. You won't regret it. (Probably.)
Still Prefer Amazon, Apple, Kobo, etc?
No worries. Our store does work with all of the above apps and eReaders, but if buying direct just isn't for you right now, you can find a complete list of retailer links for all of Luke's books right here!
Frequently Asked Questions
You've got questions, I've got pudding. (But also answers, too.)
Can I have the pudding?
No.
…
…
… Okay, yes.
How long does audiobook delivery take?
We call it "instant," but in truth, it's actually more like 2-3 seconds.
As soon as you complete your purchase, the digital wheels will turn, and you'll receive an email with a unique link to download your MP3s. (You can also listen to them in the Book Funnel app or via your browser.)
Will my audiobook work on my device?
Yes! Unless your device is a sea shell. The book doesn't play through sea shells.
Kidding aside, you can listen directly in the Book Funnel app and/or download your audiobook files onto iPhones, Android devices, computers, and pretty much anything else with a screen and an audio port.
You can even listen to them in your internet browser if you don't feel like downloading anything.
Lastly, should anything happen, Book Funnel has a team of tech support ninjas standing by right here to help you out.
Why buy direct from the author?
Very important question, and there are several, several answers. Most pressingly, by cutting out the middlemen and buying directly from Luke on this store, you get to pay less and he gets to keep more.
There are lots of other cool perks, like the fact that buying here opens a direct line of communication between reader and author — not to mention the part where you're actually buying your eBook files rather than merely licensing access to them (as you typically would be on most major retailers). But in the end, it mostly comes down to that simple idea: Buying direct saves you money while also maximizing your support to the author.
It's a win-win! (Just not for the big retailers.)
