Prefer Amazon, Apple, Kobo, Nook, etc?
I get it. I'm over here yammering about "fighting the power," and you just want some freakin' fun-tastic sci-fi adventures to kick back with. All good! I can't always offer the same prices on the big retailers, but if you'd rather grab these books from your usual store, you can find a complete list of links for my books right here!
I'm not a wordsmith, but this has been an amazing, interesting, awesome series. I have enjoyed all the twists and turns and would highly recommend these books!!
But who do you think you are?!
Oh hi there! Thanks for swinging by my book store.
As you've already probably gathered, I'm Luke, and in addition to being a full-time sci-fi pen monkey and dad of two, I often temp as a melted puddle of goo on the living room floor.
When I'm not busy being crushed by the myriad pressures of life, I delight in all manner of reading, gaming, powerlifting, and even occasionally spending time with my family. (I know, right?)
Anyway, I live in Rhode Island with my wife, Marina, and those two aforementioned feral wildmen we call children — and if you'd like to know more than that, I can assure you you're probably better off just reading more of my books instead. They're WAY more fun.
"Only a small portion of the books I read are of the 'can't put it down' variety. This was one of them."

Frequently Asked Questions
You've got questions. I've got pudding. (But also answers, too.)
How long does digital delivery take?
For ebooks and audio, we call it "instant," but in truth, it's actually more like 2-3 seconds.
As soon as you complete your purchase, the digital wheels will turn, and you'll receive an email with a unique link to download your eBook(s) in your preferred format.
For paperback editions, see the next question.
What about paperback delivery?
While instant delivery is an option for ebooks and audio, we here at Whale Press HQ unfortunately have yet to crack the code on the instantaneous mass transporter device.
That said, once you place your order, your books will be printed on demand and sent your way by the amazing folks at BookVault. All told, you should have your books within 7-14 days.
(If you have ebooks or audiobooks in your order, those should arrive immediately.)
Will I be able to read on my eReader?
Yes! We know we're really hammering on it, but our delivery system (Book Funnel) will enable you to get your ebooks and audio onto ANY device you prefer (Kindle, Nook, Kobo, phone, computer, tablet, and so forth).
Book Funnel even has a team of eReader ninjas standing by right here to help if there's any issue.
Can I read on my phone or computer?
Yep! You can also download your ebooks and audio onto iPhones, Android devices, and pretty much anything else with a screen. You can even read them directly on your internet browser if you don't feel like downloading anything.
What countries do paperbacks ship to?
Unfortunately, we're currently only able to handle print book delivery to the US and UK regions. We hope to change that in the future as print on demand services continue to grow worldwide.
In the meantime, we're sorry to everyone else who wants print but hope you'll still enjoy the ebook or audiobook versions!
Why buy direct from the author?
Very important question, and there are several, several answers. Most pressingly, by cutting out the middlemen and buying directly from Luke on this store, you get to pay less and he gets to keep more.
There are lots of other cool perks, like the fact that buying here opens a direct line of communication between reader and author — not to mention the part where you're actually buying your ebook and audio files rather than merely licensing access to them (as you typically would be on most major retailers). But in the end, it mostly comes down to that simple idea: Buying direct saves you money while also maximizing your support to the author.
It's a win-win! (Just not for the big retailers.)
